font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">A causa della mancanza di un sistema di indicatore visivo dell\u2019angolo di avvicinamento (VASIS) gli atterraggi non sono permessi agli aeromobili a propulsione a getto quando operano in condizioni di trasporto pubblico ed in configurazione maggiore o uguale a 10 passeggeri o con peso massimo al decollo maggiore di 5700 kg come prescritto dal manuale ENAC sugli aeroporti.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">________<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 align=\"left\"><\/h5>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Procedure per i voli IFR<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Non sono consentiti voli IFR all\u2019interno di ROMA Urbe ATZ.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Aeromobili in arrivo<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Qualora si intenda interessare la TMA di Roma la pianificazione del volo deve prevedere il cambio delle regole di volo sul punto LOCRI a 3000ft.<br \/>\nQualora il pilota, su LOCRI, non riscontri le condizioni per il cambio delle regole di volo, potr\u00e0 richiedere di effettuare una procedura di avvicinamento su LIRA al fine del raggiungimento delle stesse.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Aeromobili in partenza<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Qualora si intenda interessare la TMA di Roma la pianificazione del volo deve preferibilmente prevedere il cambio delle regole di volo su KASCI a 3000 ft.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">______<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 align=\"left\"><\/h5>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Procedure per i voli VFR<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Informazioni generali<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">1)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">L\u2019attivit\u00e0 di volo nel circuito di traffico aeroportuale \u00e8 regolamentata come di seguito indicato:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">a) di giorno, in accordo ai minimi VFR riportati in AIP ENR 1.2, 2)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">b) \u00e8 richiesto il contatto radio bilaterale continuo<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">c) in caso di visibilit\u00e0 al suolo inferiore a 5 km e fino a 1500m, possono essere autorizzati ad operare, a discrezione del controllore di TWR, fino ad un massimo di 3 aeromobili contemporaneamente, comprese operazioni di decollo e atterraggio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>NOTA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Allo scopo di non superare il numero massimo di tre aeromobili nel circuito di traffico di aeroporto, ai voli addestrativi pu\u00f2 essere richiesto temporaneamente, dal controllore di TWR, di atterrare o di lasciare il circuito di traffico di aeroporto per attendere in specifiche zone all\u2019interno o al di fuori dell\u2019ATZ.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">d) I piloti dei voli VFR che operino in spazi aerei classificati G e che intendano entrare nell\u2019ATZ di Roma Urbe, se non riescono a stabilire comunicazione radio bilaterale con l\u2019unita ATS Urbe TWR dovranno contattare Roma FIC per inoltrare la richiesta ed attendere istruzioni prima di procedere.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu; font-size: 12pt;\">\/\/\/\/<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>VFR Notturno<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; Il proseguimento per l\u2019aeroporto di Torino\/Aeritalia dovr\u00e0 avvenire in VFR o VFR speciale, una volta raggiunte, durante la procedura di avvicinamento strumentale, condizioni che consentono la cancellazione del piano di volo IFR.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Qualora la visibilit\u00e0 ed il ceiling riportati su Torino\/Aeritalia siano inferiori rispettivamente a 1500 m e\/o a 450 m (1500 ft), essi dovranno completare la procedura di avvicinamento strumentale con atterraggio a Torino\/Caselle o dirottare verso l\u2019aeroporto alternato.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Aeromobili in partenza<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">1) I voli IFR in partenza dall\u2019aeroporto di Torino\/Aeritalia dovranno ottenere, prima del decollo, l\u2019autorizzazione ATC da Milano ACC.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">2) Dopo il decollo gli aeromobili dovranno proseguire in VFR o in VFR speciale sino all\u2019inserimento nelle rotte standard di uscita previste per l\u2019aeroporto di Torino\/Caselle.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">______<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 align=\"left\"><\/h5>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Procedure per i voli VFR<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Informazioni generali<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Sono consentiti voli in VFR, in deroga a quanto previsto in AIP ENR 1.2, con visibilit\u00e0 al suolo, su Torino\/Aeritalia, uguale o superiore a 1500m e ceiling non inferiore a 450m (1500 ft).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Attivit\u00e0 di circuito<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Circuito di traffico: aeromobili e alianti a Sud della pista. Non pi\u00f9 di due aerei per volta potranno volare nel tratto sottovento.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>1) RWY 28R<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Dopo il decollo mantenendo rotta 280\u00b0, raggiungere 700 ft AGL (1600 ft QNH) a Sud di Pianezza, quindi virare a sinistra rotta 180\u00b0 (\u00e8 consigliato riportare in controbase). All\u2019inizio di Corso Allamano virare a sinistra per rotta 090\u00b0 mantenendosi a Nord di Corso Allamano e riportare in sottovento su Grugliasco.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Sull\u2019incrocio ferroviario riportare virando in base mantenendo la quota. Virare a destra rotta 090\u00b0 e dopo la tangenziale iniziare a scendere per 700 ft AGL (1600 ft QNH).
