{"id":20151,"date":"2025-09-12T12:39:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T10:39:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aeronauticalinformation.it\/?p=20151"},"modified":"2026-06-29T16:53:07","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T14:53:07","slug":"radio-mandatory-zone-rmz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronauticalinformation.it\/index.php\/2025\/09\/12\/radio-mandatory-zone-rmz\/","title":{"rendered":"Radio Mandatory Zone &#8211; RMZ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Una zona radio obbligatoria (Radio Mandatory Zone &#8211; RMZ) \u00e8 un volume di spazio aereo designato in cui gli aeromobili sono tenuti a dotarsi e a utilizzare apparecchiature radio per comunicare con i servizi di traffico aereo. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le RMZ sono istituite per migliorare la sicurezza nelle aree trafficate, come ad esempio quelle intorno agli aeroporti, richiedendo a tutti gli aeromobili di mantenere una comunicazione vocale continua su una frequenza specifica. I piloti devono effettuare una chiamata iniziale all&#8217;ingresso nella RMZ per comunicare la loro posizione, le loro intenzioni e altre informazioni richieste.<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #060cf6; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>ATZ designate come RMZ<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le ATZ dei seguenti aeroporti dove \u00e8 fornito il servizio informazioni volo aeroportuale (AFIS) sono designate come zona radio obbligatoria \u2013 RMZ:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><i><b>Albenga\/Riviera Airport &#8211; Aosta &#8211; Biella\/Cerrione &#8211; Bolzano &#8211; Crotone &#8211; Foggia\/Gino Lisa &#8211; Lucca\/Tassignano &#8211; Marina di Campo \u2013 Padova &#8211; Reggio Emilia &#8211; Rieti\u00a0 &#8211; Salerno\/Pontecagnano &#8211;\u00a0 Torino\/Aeritalia &#8211; Trento &#8211; Venezia\/Lido &#8211; Vergiate.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le seguenti ATZ, classificate &#8216;G&#8217;, di aerodromi controllati non situati in una CTR, sono considerati come zona radio obbligatoria (RMZ) durante il tempo in cui \u00e8 fornito il servizio di controllo di aerodromo:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Guidonia &#8211; Roma\/Urbe &#8211; Sarzana\/Luni<\/span> <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>__________<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #060cf6; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Aree designate come RMZ<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le seguenti zone, classificate &#8216;G&#8217;, situate nelle Regioni Informazioni Volo (FIR) sono designate come zona radio obbligatoria \u2013 RMZ, a causa della presenza al loro interno di procedure strumentali di volo riservate agli elicotteri operanti presso alcune elisuperfici:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Valle dell\u2019Adige&#8217; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Cles&#8217;LIKC<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Lucera&#8217;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;San Giovanni&#8217; LIYS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Trani&#8217; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Stornara&#8217;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Bari&#8217; LIYB<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Peschici-Vieste&#8217; LIYP<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Apricena&#8217; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;Celenza&#8217;LIYC<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; RMZ &#8216;S. Domino&#8217; LINI <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\/\/\/\/\/<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">(informazioni aggiornate alla variante AIRAC A7\/26, in vigore dal 9 Luglio 2026)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>_____<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>RMZ nell\u2019area di Bolzano e Trento<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">A causa del particolare contesto orografico nell&#8217;area geografica compresa tra Bolzano e Trento e della limitata possibilit\u00e0 di stabilire contatto radio con il competente Ente ATS, al fine di agevolare le operazioni in VFR in tale area, <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">sono state definite quattro RMZ,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">denominate &#8220;Valle dell\u2019Adige&#8221;, &#8220;Cles&#8221;, &#8220;Arco&#8221; e &#8220;Fiemme&#8221;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Il volume identificato dalle quattro RMZ contiene parte delle procedure strumentali, con le relative aree di protezione, degli<br \/>\naeroporti di Bolzano e Trento\/Mattarello e delle elisuperfici di Cles (LIKC), Fiemme (LIKB) e Arco (LIKA).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">All&#8217;interno di questo spazio aereo un volo VFR potrebbe interferire con operazioni IFR da\/per Bolzano e\/o Trento\/Mattarello e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Cles e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Fiemme e\/o elisuperficie Ospedale di Arco.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Il traffico VFR potr\u00e0 operare all\u2019interno delle RMZ \u201cValle dell\u2019Adige\u201d, \u201cCles\u201d, \u201cFiemme\u201d e \u201cArco\u201d mantenendosi al di fuori delle traiettorie<br \/>\ndi aeromobili che effettuano una procedura strumentale di salita iniziale o di avvicinamento da\/per Bolzano e\/o Trento Mattarello e\/<br \/>\no elisuperficie ospedale di Cles e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Fiemme e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Arco, con riferimento ai percorsi<br \/>\npubblicati delle procedure, incluso il mancato avvicinamento.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Nota 1:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Le RMZ \u201cValle dell\u2019Adige\u201d, \u201cCles\u201d, \u201cFiemme\u201d e \u201cArco\u201d<\/span> hanno unicamente l\u2019obiettivo di richiamare l\u2019attenzione dei piloti che intendono operare in quelle zone, sulla possibilit\u00e0 che altri aeromobili stiano effettuando delle procedure strumentali.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Nota 2:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Il traffico VFR che intende interessare tali aree dovr\u00e0 comunque tentare di stabilire contatto radio con Padova FIC\/ACC oppure con Bolzano AFIU o Trento AFIU, per ottenere informazioni circa l\u2019eventuale presenza di traffico IFR.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Nota 3:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">All\u2019interno della RMZ \u201cFiemme\u201d \u00e8 attiva la procedura operativa \u2018TIBA\u2019 (informazioni di traffico trasmesse dall\u2019aeromobile) in accordo al RAIT.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">I piloti degli aeromobili che volano all\u2019interno della RMZ devono mantenere ascolto radio continuo sulla FREQ 130.000 MHz e trasmettere almeno le informazioni di traffico secondo quanto segue:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">1. Aeromobili VFR in attraversamento:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">a) prima di entrare nella zona, comunicando:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; nominativo<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; tipo aeromobile<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; rotta e<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; livello<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">b) lasciando la zona.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">2. Aeromobili IFR in arrivo:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">a) prima di entrare nella zona, comunicando:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; nominativo<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; tipo aeromobile<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; rotta e<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211; livello<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">b) al sorvolo dei punti AVCOL, KB502 e, solo in caso di mancato<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">avvicinamento sul punto KB504<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">c) una volta al suolo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">3.
