{"id":15230,"date":"2023-02-15T09:38:54","date_gmt":"2023-02-15T08:38:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aeronauticalinformation.it\/?p=15230"},"modified":"2026-06-19T09:37:30","modified_gmt":"2026-06-19T07:37:30","slug":"procedure-pins-di-trento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronauticalinformation.it\/index.php\/2023\/02\/15\/procedure-pins-di-trento\/","title":{"rendered":"Procedure PinS di Trento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">procedure PBN PinS (Point in Space) sono procedure GNSS specifiche per elicotteri, supportate dal sistema EGNOS, che includono un segmento strumentale che termina su un punto specifico nello spazio (PinS Reference Point) e successivamente un segmento a vista che termina sull\u2019elisuperficie o il sito d\u2019atterraggio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Il mancato avvicinamento fa parte anch\u2019esso del segmento strumentale, mentre il segmento a vista pu\u00f2 essere di tipo \u201cProceed Visually\u201d o \u201cProceed VFR\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Anche le procedure PinS di partenza includono un segmento Visual, dalla landing location fino ad un punto denominato Initial Departure Fix (IDF) e, a seguire, un segmento strumentale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #0d0ef7; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Generalit\u00e0 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le procedure IFR VOR RWY 18, RNP Y164, RNP Z164, TEXXA 5A Departure, AVCOL 5A Departure, SID e STAR sono disponibili solo per gli elicotteri.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le operazioni IFR sono limitate ad un aeromobile per volta da\/per gli aeroporti di Bolzano e , Trento\/Mattarello e da\/per le elisuperfici Ospedale di Cles (LIKC), Fiemme (LIKB) e ospedale Arco (LIKA), per qualsiasi combinazione di arrivi e\/o partenze strumentali. Altri traffici attenderanno al suolo o nei circuiti di attesa, fino a che l\u2019operazione IFR in atto non sia stata completata.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le procedure RNP Y164, RNP Z164, TEXXA 5A Departure, AVCOL 5A Departure, SID e STAR sono disponibili solo per elicotteri HEMS autorizzati. L\u2019autorizzazione deve essere preventivamente richiesta tramite l\u2019apposito modulo reperibile sul sito http:\/\/www.trentinotrasporti.it\/aeroporto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Le procedure VOR RWY 18, RNP Y164, RNP Z164, TEXXA 5A Departure, AVCOL 5A Departure, SID e STAR sono utilizzabili solo con il servizio AFIS disponibile.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">______<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu; font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>STAR<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Con la variante <span style=\"color: #008000;\">AIRAC A2\/24, in vigore da 22 Febbraio 2024<\/span>, vengono istituite le STAR RNP 0.3 CAT H per l&#8217;uso esclusivo degli HEMS.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Esse conducono ai waypoints UVIBE e AVCOL, sui quali sono anche attestati dei circuiti d&#8217;attesa RNP1:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">A causa del particolare contesto orografico nell\u2019area geografica compresa tra Bolzano e Trento e della limitata possibilit\u00e0 di stabilire contatto radio con il competente Ente ATS, al fine di agevolare le operazioni in VFR in tale area,\u00a0sono state definite quattro RMZ,<br \/>\ndenominate \u201cValle dell\u2019Adige\u201d, \u201cCles\u201d, \u201cArco\u201d e \u201cFiemme\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Il volume identificato dalle quattro RMZ contiene parte delle procedure strumentali, con le relative aree di protezione, degli<br \/>\naeroporti di Bolzano e Trento\/Mattarello e delle elisuperfici di Cles (LIKC), Fiemme (LIKB) e Arco (LIKA).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">All\u2019interno di questo spazio aereo un volo VFR potrebbe interferire con operazioni IFR da\/per Bolzano e\/o Trento\/Mattarello e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Cles e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Fiemme e\/o elisuperficie Ospedale di Arco.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Il traffico VFR potr\u00e0 operare all\u2019interno delle RMZ \u201cValle dell\u2019Adige\u201d, \u201cCles\u201d, \u201cFiemme\u201d e \u201cArco\u201d mantenendosi al di fuori delle traiettorie di aeromobili che effettuano una procedura strumentale di salita iniziale o di avvicinamento da\/per Bolzano e\/o Trento Mattarello e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Cles e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Fiemme e\/o elisuperficie ospedale di Arco, con riferimento ai percorsi pubblicati delle procedure, incluso il mancato avvicinamento.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Nota 1:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Le RMZ \u201cValle dell\u2019Adige\u201d, \u201cCles\u201d, \u201cFiemme\u201d e \u201cArco\u201d<\/span>\u00a0hanno unicamente l\u2019obiettivo di richiamare l\u2019attenzione dei piloti che intendono operare in quelle zone, sulla possibilit\u00e0 che altri aeromobili stiano effettuando delle procedure strumentali.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b>Nota 2:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Il traffico VFR che intende interessare tali aree dovr\u00e0 comunque tentare di stabilire contatto radio con Padova FIC\/ACC oppure con Bolzano AFIU o Trento AFIU, per ottenere informazioni circa l\u2019eventuale presenza di traffico IFR.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;
